## Refund Conditions

**Public Sales:**

Bytepad offers a 24-hour refund window for public sales after the Token Generation Event (TGE), provided that the tokens remain unclaimed and the project owner agrees to the refund. This policy aims to protect investors and ensure fairness in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

**Private Sales & Other Sales:**

Private sales, bond sales, and premium sales on Bytepad typically do not offer refunds. These sales often involve early-stage projects with higher risks. We encourage investors to carefully consider the risks involved before participating in these types of sales.
